A Healthy Lifestyle

          A very good morning I bid to the respected principal, beloved teachers, and my fellow friends. I would like to thank all of you for giving me the  golden opportunity to deliver a beneficial speech today. As the President of Health Club in the school, I would like to deliver a speech entitled “A Healthy Lifestyle”.

Ladies and gentlemen,
          Do you know that it is essential in our life to lead o healthy lifestyle? Actually a healthy lifestyle is very important in our life as we can gain a lot of benefits by leading it in our daily life. Do you know what is the benefits? Let me tell you. By leading it we can improve our health. Furthermore, our life will become more active and energetic. On the other hand, a healthy lifestyle is a complete lifestyle and we are encouraged to practise it in our life. But, do you know how to lead it? Let me suggest you simple and easy ways to do so a healthy lifestyle.
          First, we must get enough sleep and rest. We need to sleep early and get enough rest.It is adviceable for adult to sleep about 6 hours while the children need about 8 hours of sleep. This is to ensure that the body and mind get enough rest to “work” for tomorrow.Can you imagine how a person can manage his work and life for a whole day if he does not active and feel tired? It is impossible right for him to manage his work and life? So, make sure that you get enough sleep and rest.

       Furthermore,we needs to eat more fruits and vegetables to ensure our body gets nutrients and vitamins that are needed. As we know,fruits and vegetables contains of alot of vitamins and nutrients that are needed by our body such as vitamin A,B,C,D,E and K. So, we must eat more fruits and vegetables to ensure that our body will get enough vitamins and nutrients needed.

Ladies and gentleman,
          Moreover, we can also lead a healthily lifestyle by drinking plenty of water. As we know already, our body consists of 70 percent of water. So, we lose the water when we do our daily routine. By drinking plenty of water also supplies oxygen for our body. Thus, we must drinking a plenty of water in a day.
        In addition, we cannot smoke or drink alcohol. They are not good for our health as they can harm our nervous system and respiratory system. They avoid in oir daily life. Do not ever smoke or drink, as they can make you become addiction. Thus, we must avoid smoking and drinking in our life.
         Stretching and exercising can also lead you to a healthy lifestyle. As we know, we need to  exercise three times in a week. It can ensure our body healthy and mantain  our fitness. They can also make us become more active and still young.
         In a nutshell, I am definitely sure that these are easiest and simplest way for all of you to lead a healthy lifestyle. Do these easy way, and feel the passion and effect after prastising it in your life. Believe me, you would probably be more healthier and not easily exhausted.
