HOW TO GET HEALTHY WEIGHT..??


All of us want to have best healthy weight. Unfortunately, they did not know how to get this dream. I have a few tips that you can follow to get healthy weight. This tips are very helpful. I sure that if all of you can follow this tips, you will get fit body and actually it help you to practice any kind of activity without any reasons. Let start the first tip. 

           First of all, exersice. Regular physical activity burns calories and builds muscle. Both of which help you look and feel good and keep weight off. Walking, cycling to school, and doing other things that increase your daily level of activity can all make a difference. If you want to burn more calories, increase the intensity of your workout and add some strength exercises to build muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, even when you are not exercising.

Next ,reduce screen time . One reason people get less exercise these days is because of an increase in "screen time". They spent more of their time watching TV, looking at the computer, or playing video games. Limit recreational screen time to less than 2 hours per day. If you are with friends at the mall, you are getting more exercise than if you are chatting them from your room.

Beside that, control your meal by follow the food pyramid that approve by ministry of health. Consume more meal that rich in carbohydrates. This contribute more energy that need to our body. Less take meal that have high fat especially saturated fat that very hard to burn.

Lastly, do not skip breakfast. Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, burning calories from the get-go and giving you energy to do more during the day. People who skip breakfast often feel so hungry that they eat more later on. So they get more calories than they would have if they ate breakfast. In fact, people who skip breakfast tend to have higher BMIs than people who eat breakfast.
