1st day of Syawal.. :)

  Firstly, sorry teacher..;). I am  really out of idea on what to write here..hehe..Furthermore, this is the first time for me to use the blog. Seriously I am like a tortoise!.huhu..

             First day of Syawal, means it is a first day that all the muslims are  not fasting. Some of them may eat a lot and some of them especially girls maybe will say, "Oh, no! my weight will increase back after this!". We can hear a lot of opinion. For me, I will miss Ramadhan. As a Muslims, there is a lot of things that we change during the fasting month. I believe that my attitudes are more better during Ramadhan. Some of us may try to improve our attitude to be a better person,right.? :)       

            All of the people are wearing their new clothes, new shoes, new scarf and everything are new.;)The kids will be very busy for collecting "duit raya" and they willing to go to every house just to collect the "duit raya".Like my little brother and sister. They also do the same thing.(naughty:>). Others, there will be a lot if food on the table at every house. Cookies, ketupat, rendang, lontong and so on. We will also being invited for "Open House".           

            There was a lot of works today.All my relatives were just came and I felt like did not have enough hand to do the works. I would always here, "Along! take the food and serve our guests." or "Along! wash the plate please?!" or other suitable sentences. I knew, that must be my mom. Surely, after that I would hear my mom or else my father called my name again and again. I felt a bit tired but after that, when I was at the hostel, I will ever hear them to call my name and ask me to the works.So, I simply just.."Yes mom.." or "Yes dad..".:).           

             Eventhought I felt very tired but I also felt like walking in air(hehe) and had a lot of sweet memory for first day of Syawal.:)

Well everyone, I hope it's not too late for me to wish you a selamat hari raya! It seems like not many of us are in the merdeka spririt, so I'd like to bring up the mood and say Happy Merdeka Day. :D So, this is my first time posting a blog entry. I guess I'm not ready for the pictures or the colours or any of those cool things my firends did. Heheh. But I'll use this entry as my lab rat. Maybe I'll post another entry when I'm older. Perhaps when I'm as old as Affan maybe? Haha. 

Well, how're you guys doing? Done playing firecrackers and eating lemang? When we talk about food, the last thing that comes to mind would probably be how much we waste on them. We couldn't care less about throwing away what's most likely to be someone else's treasure. It's extremely saddening when I think about the fact that there are people out there who still need our help. They're STARVING. They're dying because of OUR OWN irresponsibility. How do we help them? Well, I'm also unsure about that. But guys, bear in mind that we can also contribute by not wasting what we eat. Yes, to me that's contributing. :)

I'm not little miss sunshine, or miss daisy or whatsoever that I'm immune to making mistakes. But this is the truth. It's REALITY people. Don't you just have that feeling of sympathy when - OKAY that's enough. I think   you guys are gonna start to despise me if I continue babbling. :p

"Selamat Hari Raya, Hari untuk kita bersuka ria.."  

Yes, raya is the day for us to enjoy ourselves. Instead of being the passive, dull you, be the flamboyant one instead. :) For those who've just lost a family member, my deepest condolences goes to your family. But cheer up and be strong guys. Amidst all of those tears, there must be something waiting for you up ahead. Every cloud has a silver lining, my friends. :) Here's what I got from my sister's picture collection ( I finally know how to upload. :D ) :

ASsAlamulaikum n very good day..........interest in adat perpatih make me interst to post about Minangkabau...hope you all enjoy about Minangkabau. Minangkabau ethnic group that known as Minang is indigenous to the highlands of West Sumatra, in indonesia. Their culture is matrinelial, with property and land passing down from mother to daughter, while religious and political affairs are the responsibility of men . Today 4 million Minangs live in West Sumatra, while about 3 million more are scattered throughout many Indonesian and Malay peninsular cities and towns in Malaysia such as Negeri Sembilan and Naning.

The Minangkabau are strongly islamic but also follow their ethnic traditions that called adat. The Minangkabau adat was derived from animist beliefs before the arrival of Islam, and remnants of animist beliefs still exist even among some practicing Muslims. The present relationship between Islam and adat is described in the saying "tradition [adat] founded upon Islamic law, Islamic law founded upon the Qur'an

Their West Sumatran homelands were the location of the PADRI war from 1821 to 1837.

Kenny Dalglish has confirmed Stewart Downing will become Liverpool’s third major signing of the summer once he passes a medical at Melwood on Thursday.
Liverpool and Aston Villa agreed a fee that will rise to £20million for the England international on Wednesday night and once the formalities of a physical check-up are passed and terms agreed, Downing will follow Jordan Henderson and Charlie Adam into Anfield.
Dalglish has been tracking Downing - who arrived at Liverpool on Thursday morning - for months and while he did not over elaborate on what the 26-year-old will bring to Liverpool, he is anticipating the transfer to be ratified at some point in the next 24 hours.

Once that happens, Downing will stay in England rather than flying out to Malaysia or Singapore for the remainder of Liverpool’s tour of Southeast Asia.
'We have had permission to speak to him and he is coming up for talks,' said Dalglish, shortly after arriving in Kuala Lumpur.
'Now we have to agree terms and he is having a medical – hopefully it will be successful. We will have to see what happens because it is a work in progress. We will keep you informed.'
Though Arsenal made a late attempt to woo Downing, the former Middlesbrough winger has had his heart set on joining Liverpool all summer. The wheels have been in motion ever since Liverpool had a £15m offer for him rebuffed seven days ago.

It will now be intriguing to see how Liverpool fare in the Barclays Premier League next season but Dalglish insisted he was not fazed by the burden of expectation.
'This is the first year for many years that we are not in Europe,' he said. 'That might give us an advantage or it might not. We will have to wait and see.
'The determination is the same as it is here every year. Everybody wants to do their very best for the football club and everyone who plays will give their best. That is all we can do.
'It is a great honour to be manager of this club. It is definitely more an honour than a burden. We have to manage expectations and the supporters have to manage expectations. They know they will get total commitment to the football club.'

miss cath , i am sorry for being late in posting this entry . by the way thanks for this page , we do love you :)

  today i wanna share few things about my last day of Ramadhan :)
it was kinda sweet and wonderful . just imagine , right after the 'fast-breaking' session or well-known as 'iftar' , the sound of those firecrackers do attract us to go to verandah , leaving the food behind . haha
  without any hesitation , my brother quickly get his 'weapon' and took his 'revenge' to our neighbours yeahh!
there where the tournament started . even there were loud sounds here and there , i didn't think that they messed this eid up despite , they do make this eid exists . i don't know why , for me , without those firecrackers and fireworks , eid is just not a pure and true eid . it's just FAKE without them :)
  yes they are dangerous but i'm still on their behalf . take me to the court then i will defend them . hehe

so what i wanna tell here is just about the firecrackers and fireworks . they are beautiful . they fill my eid . they fill our eid . tell me , what this eid will be without those two F . so guys , do take care and be careful when playing with them 'cause once u hurts caused by them , the police all over the malaysia will bring this up and will actively ban these things .
